IT migration
Off Google, Microsoft or your old provider.
Onto Infomaniak, Microsoft 365 — or whatever else fits.
Mailbox, calendar, contacts, files. Migrated in the background while you keep working as normal — the actual switchover happens only once everything is ready and checked.

The federal government is doing the same
Switzerland's own federal administration is currently testing alternatives to Microsoft 365 on three thousand computers, for reasons of digital sovereignty. Smaller organisations are moving for the same reasons.
How it goes
- 01
Stocktake
I look at your current setup: how many mailboxes, how large, what else is attached to it. You get a clear read before anything happens.
- 02
Migration in the background
Your mail keeps working completely normally while everything is copied in the background. Nothing is switched off until the copy is checked and complete.
- 03
Switchover without interruption
The actual cutover happens at a time we agree together. Afterwards: a short training session, handover, and I stay reachable.
What's included
- Mailbox migration
- Outlook, Exchange, Google Workspace or another provider — to Infomaniak, Microsoft 365 or wherever you want. Mail, calendar, contacts — all of it.
- Storage and collaboration
- kDrive, SharePoint/OneDrive or another solution set up properly, not just the mailboxes.
- Compliant backup
- Daily backup in Swiss data centres, via Infomaniak Swiss Backup — for data that has to stay in Switzerland.
- Access protection
- Two-factor authentication and a sensible baseline permissions setup, for every account.
- Handover
- By the end you can carry on yourself. A short training session, everything documented.
- Website and domain
- If the website and domain are moving too — in one go alongside the mailbox, without juggling two separate providers.
And your move?
You talk to me directly — no ticket system, no queue. I actually check every step, and tell you honestly if I got something wrong. Write me a couple of lines about what you're moving off.
